Introduction

Situated on a small croft in Breasclete- a small weaving village on the west side of Lewis, Eshcol Guest House is a superb example of the warm hospitality that is extended to every visitor to the Island.

Neil and Isobel are your hosts and have been in the business for over 12 years. Armed with this experience they have the ability to make their guests feel immediately at home.

You will feel your body relax when you arrive at the Guest House as they introduce you to the wonder and magic of the Island.

Born and bred in the village Neil, an ex-teacher, will regale you ( in Gaelic if you wish ) with tales and folklore of the area and its past. He is also rumoured to make the best porridge in Scotland.

Eshcol is a small establishment where the emphasis is on quality and attention to detail. The house is non smoking and all the rooms are located on the ground floor. They are perfect for visitors who have problems with stairs.
